What's going on guys? I've been chilling, enjoying my off-season. I've been working hard to make sure that this is the best season of my career. I've hit up a bunch of cool spots on vacation like the Dominican Republic and South Beach with my family, it was a great time, it's always good to be able to relax in the off-season. But people don't know about the work we put in behind the scenes, and I'm out on the field catching balls and in the weight room getting ready for 2010.

What's up my online family? Did you all enjoy the Super Bowl? My boys from the NFC South got it done! I didn't think the Saints could do it, but they did, and it was fun to watch! Peyton Manning got us two years ago in the regular season and I loved Indy to win, so I was surprised, but good for New Orleans.

It was a rough loss last weekend, but give credit to the Eagles, they played a great game. We knew it was gonna be tough without Matt and Michael, and we need to get those guys back soon. On a positive note though, it was great to see my man Mike Vick back in the Georgia Dome. I know how much it meant to him to finally come back to Atlanta, even in another uniform, and even though we lost, it was nice to see him out there again getting cheered by the fans.
We're 6-6 and in the thick of the playoff race, and we probably need to win at least 3 of 4 games to give ourselves a shot...
